The Frob Kitchen & Eatery is the kind of contemporary/casual fine dining experience one would expect to find in Toronto, Montreal or New York – with a uniquely Northern Canadian twist. Executive Chef, Mylene LaChance and her culinary team invite you to savor their memorable menu of superb starters and sharing plates, exquisite à la carte entrees and delectable desserts.

For a rare treat, experience the exotic flavours of locally-sourced “country” food such as arctic char. Caribou, seal, muskox and muktuk have also appeared on the menu. Asian flavour influences are very prominent in a number of dishes. All ingredients are proudly homemade, including The Frob’s signature gravlax.

The Frob Kitchen & Eatery fine dining restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service with regular feature items. The Frob’s Chef’s Table is available for private reservations, with seating for up to 10 guests.
