The
Kivalliq Room
provides an intimate setting for smaller functions ranging
from 25 to 50 people. It was designed to be multi-purpose
, featuring warm wood finishes, a fireplace and flexible lighting
to accommodate a variety of uses. A stand-up bar can be opened
to make the room ideal for a stand-up reception or cocktail
party. The room is licensed for gatherings of up to 48 people.
The Kitikmeot Room
is a new and exceptionally improved and attractive venue
for a small private dinner or meeting. The room is comfortable
for groups ranging from 10 to 40 depending on the seating
arrangements. It features classic historical portraits of
Inuit dating back to the early 1900’s. The Kitikmeot
Room is equipped with a conference call telephone, built-in
white board and flipchart. The room is licensed for gatherings
of up to 25 people.
The Baffin Room is
our main ballroom in the new Frobisher Inn Conference Centre.
Beautiful interior design combined with state-of-the art
wireless surround sound system, makes this room the premier
facility in Nunavut for your conference event or formal
banquet. Depending on your needs and the seating arrangement,
it is suitable for group sizes ranging from 60 to 143. The
Baffin Room also features a superb view overlooking downtown
Iqaluit and Koojesse Inlet. The room is licensed for gatherings
of up to 89 people.
The Gallery Fine Dining Room
is well known as the premier fine dining room in Iqaluit.
The “Gallery” name is well earned with this
room featuring a wonderful collection of fine prints from
the Pangnirtung Print Collection. As well, local artists
are invited to show their carvings and
other creations. These can often be purchased at very attractive
prices! The Gallery Room is often booked by larger groups
for private meetings, dinner parties, Christmas parties
and wedding receptions. The Gallery Room adjoins the Baffin
Room and a movable wall can be opened up to accommodate
groups comprised of well over 200 people.
The room is licensed for gatherings of up to 129 people.
