Question: How much are local calls?
Answer: 95 cents plus 5% GST comes to 1.00

Q. Do you have guest laundry facilities?
A. Laundry service is available through the Front Desk, forms are located in each room. Same day service is available.

Q. Do the guest rooms have Internet access?
A. Free wireless internet service is available throughout the hotel.  As well, we have two Internet work stations in our secure lobby.

Q. How do I retrieve my voicemail?
A. Dial 716251 from your guest room phone.

Q. How much does it cost to take a taxi cab?
A. The price for a cab ride is $6.00 per person, per ride.

Q. Can we see Polar Bears in Iqaluit?
A. Unfortunately, Polar Bears are not usually seen in Iqaluit.

Q. Is there dog sledding in Iqaluit?

Q. Are there car rentals available in Iqaluit?

Q. Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
A. Yes we offer a free shuttle service from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

Q. Where is the local liquor store?
A. Unfortunately, there are no liquor stores in Iqaluit athough if you are thirsty you can join us in the Storehouse Bar & Grill

Q. Where can I buy Inuit art?
A. Several local stores have a good selection of Inuit art.  As well, during the evenings, local carvers stop by the lobby of the Frobisher Inn and in the Gallery restaurant to sell their wares.
